Storage
Preparation and Usage
Remove ribbon. Place cake on a flat surface. Slice using a sharp, long-bladed knife in a vertical direction. Repeat across cake. Turn cake 90 degrees, slice again in a vertical direction to create wedge shaped portions. Alternatively the cake can be cut into rectangular portions. Clean knife blade between slices.

delicious!
Bought for a birthday and everyone enjoyed it. Pretty too with the stars! Makes it suitable for all different kinds of celebration.
Just reasonable
This cake had been stored on its side and was therefore mis-shaped on arrival with the icing stuck to the side of the box. Quite a small cake I felt for the price point with lots (too much) fondant icing . The sponge was reasonable if a little dry but there was a meanness with the buttercream and jam being spread very thin. The sponge cake part of the cake was also small but made to look bigger by the amount of icing. I would not purchase again as I feel it does not represent value for money. Taste wise it was just basic-I fail to see why it is so expensive for what it is.

A Favourite
A favourite cake in our group whenever theres a birthday. Light sponge, yummy filling & icing
Decent Cake
Not as nice as home made but a decent enough cake. Agree with other reviews that it gets smaller every year so it is now a tad heavy on the icing but still worth it.
