Excellent flour
It's hard to find extra strong wholemeal, so was delighted to discover this. I use it for sourdough loaves; works beautifully, and produces a lovely tasting loaf.
This flour works perfect
I used this flour in my bread maker and the result was lovely. I recommend!
Worked first time!
I used this flour to make sourdough (and the starter) for the first time (using BBC good food recipe) and it's already produced 4 beautiful loaves. I daren't try another flour now, just in case!
Good results
I have used this with Marriage's wholemeal flour. They blend well together to make tasty bread and rolls. I use breadmaker machine.
Very high protein %
I think this is the strongest (highest % of protein - 14%) wholemeal flour I've seen at supermarkets, which adds great dough strength to my sourdough.
Pretty good
Received as a substitute for my favourite flour. Reasonable but not as good. Unlikely to order directly but will probably take as a substitute again.
