The Missing Beans Mystery
I didnt pay much attention to the weight of this tin as I was in a hurry unpacking everything. When I came to use them I realised the tin was very lightweight. I opened it and to my amazement there were seven beans in water inside. Seven. However, should you receive a full tin of these beans ( fingers crossed) you will find they are creamy and delicious. I love them tucked into a foil parcel with fish, capers and lemon wedges. As for those missing beans - well that remains a mystery.
Nice basic beans
I used mine in a veg soup, cheap and convenient.
Great
Not mushy and clean tasting - no complaints, these are good beans
Contains Calcium Choride
So says firming agent (E509) which is basically salt. No need for this in beans. Won't buy again.
Bargain for this quality
I usually buy organic types twice the price of these but tried them and they were superior .Fat tasty beans , no sludge in the can and held their shape in cooking ,excellent buy
Good quality beans
Tried these when the Ocado ones were out of stock. They are very good and there was no sludge in the bottom of the tin. Cannellini beans are very versatile and a regular for us. These are as good as any brand I have bought.
