Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins
Cook on high (100%).
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 22 mins
Preheat oven. Place on baking tray.

Unpleasant

Cooked exactly according to instructions. The rice was tough, sauce tasted unpleasant and some of the chicken was tough. This used to nice with the sauce having a fruity taste and tender chicken and pieces of pineapple and chunks of pepper. The rice used to be light and moist. Not now!

Disgusting chicken

The chicken in this dish was just 2 large pieces of very tough and unpleasant tasting chicken. The sauce was delicious but the rice was only just ok. Wont be buying again.

yuk!

It just a nasty chemical after taste. Just yuk and fit for the bin. Quality of M&S stuff is going down and down but price is rocketing.

Decent Ready Meal

For convenience this is great, a really decent size meal. For me the sauce was too sweet and could have been more veg, but a decent Chinese sweet and sour.

Great time saver

Bought these at flash sale and served as Friday "fakeaway". It's not the first time we had this dish and would buy again. Good flavours and tastes healthier than takeaway.
