Needed extra cheese!
Okay if you are short of time but, without added cheese, the sauce was on the watery side. Good size Cauliflower pieces with no nasty bits. Definitely needs more cheese added.

Quite tasty
This is good if you don't want the faff of cooking and washing up! Just add a bit of extra cheese and it's fine
Not as good as homemade
This was disappointing, the cauliflower was overcooked and fell apart and the cheese sauce was overly thick and very synthetic tasting. Such a shame as it looked great before it was cooked, plenty of cheese on the top and a good size to feed 6 people. Its OK at best.
Avoid.
Usually M&S cauliflower flower cheese is great - but we had two packs this Christmas that were full of brown, soft cauliflower that had clearly gone off before being packed.. I will go back to making my own!
Tasty
Nice flavour, only problem was some bits of cauliflower were huge and others were tiny. Cut them up before cooking and there was enough sauce to cover it all. I cooked as suggested and it didn't go watery at all.
