Was there cheese in it?
I thought it was "sharp extra mature cheddar" etc put it was overpowered with onions. I know what extra mature tastes like as it is the only cheddar that I buy. Not buying this again.
Nice
It was very nice, although I added sweet peppers to it.
Nice
Have this with a salad. NIce flavour and a nice summer lunch.
Raw onion
If you dont like raw onion in your quiche avoid mine had big lumps of raw onion in mine IMO better taste if onions are caramelised.
value
Ive eaten a lot of quiches from very cheap to very expensive and on a cost taste benefit analysis this I think comes out on top
Tasty quiche.
Freezes well, simple to cook, very tasty, with plenty of filling and nice crisp pastry. Lovely with cherry tomato salad for a light lunch.
