Fantastic roasting
This is really good for roasting - excellent results. Quality feels great as well. Love that it goes on the induction job as well - it has the right shape plate underneath. Also dishwasher friendly. Im going to get another one!

Perfect, not too heavy, and you can continue to make gravy on hob. Easy to clean. So good I’m going to purchase a second one.
Nice piece of kit
I like that it's aluminium but can still go in the dishwasher; and that it comes out looking good as new. It's easy to handle and performs well. Best thing is that it hasn't got rolled edges to trap water and grow rust. It's too big for regular use in a small household, but will be good for batch cooking and entertaining.
