Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Wash before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. For best results, microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 3 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins
Cook on high (100%). Remove sleeve & pierce film. After cooking allow to stand for 1 min, then stir.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Wait until the oven has preheated to correct temperature before cooking. Remove sleeve & pierce film. Place on baking tray. After 10 mins, peel back film, stir and re-cover. Cook for further 10 min. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min, then stir.
