For Best Before End (BBE), see end of can. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to a non-metallic container, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

Serving
For ease of slicing, chill for 2 hours before serving.

To Open
Carefully remove the key. Attach the key to the metal tab with the handle of the key at the bottom of the can. Slowly turn the key clockwise.
Continue to wind the metal strip tightly around the key. Remove ham from can taking care of sharp edges.
