Lift fish out carefully from tray. Stir sauce thoroughly and spoon over the fish. Serve with the mashed potato and peas. Serve immediately.

Cook on high (100%).
Allow to stand for 1 min.

Thin sauce
Thin, watery sauce with a chunk of fish in it. Peas mixed in to mash . I like the portion size but the actual product is poor. Remember, older people and those in poor health rely on these mini meals. Please improve them.

Plenty of Sauce
Wife going on a diet after Xmas, so tried this in readiness. Portion of fish is small, and the potatoes were a little dry. Served with a portion of broccoli to fill up the plate. However she did say, that you can buy this again in the New Year.
