Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Pierce film with a sharp knife. Place on baking tray. Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Take care when removing from oven as sauce will be very hot.
Do not reheat.
Water in this pack may naturally separate. This will not affect the eating quality. Simply gently stir before serving.

Enjoyable
We thought this was very enjoyable. Just the right amount of heat for us and plenty of flavour and sauce. We shall happily buy this again as so convenient after a busy week
Cod and prawn curry
Cooking time of 30 minutes means the prawns are like rock hard bullets. Second time we’ve had this and both cooked the same way. We would not buy again. Shame. Could be great.
Needs a rethink
Could be good but needs some chilli oil to boost. Also the sauce is very thin and watery. Needs far longer cooking to reduce but then the tender cod and prawns become tough. Hence needs rethinking.
I think this is lovely
surprised at reviews, think it could have more flavour. For the two of us we founding p!enty, but I did basmati rice with ours

Delicious. Creamy. Plenty of prawns. I wish you would sell the M&S 8 hour daal as well. Had it as our Friday night fake-away dish

If youre two people with big appetites this wont be enough! It was ok for us as I didnt have much. It was very tasty and different from the usual ready meal curry.
