For the perfect cafetière:
1. Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person.
2. Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person.
3. Stir, wait 3-5 minutes, and plunge.
Adjust according to taste.

Smooth and fruity
Im surprised by all the poor reviews so just wanted to add some balance. Its not as full bodied / dark roast as some, but it has a lovely flavour. A regular purchase for me

No Flavour
I was sent this as a substitute for my usual Illy decaf: this is not a patch on Illy - hardly any taste at all except a slight bitterness.

Good flavour
We use a cafetiere and find that this makes an enjoyable cup if coffee. It has plenty of flavour and is nice and smooth too.
