Surprising
The Hampshire-sourced honey I got tasted almost of burnt molasses - in a nice way! Flavour in a honey was a surprise as most are sugary water. Unfortunately, it means I put a touch more than I should on my kefir...
Sumptuous
As a former beekeeper I'm always impressed when I find a truly rich and tangy honey when so many are best described as "harmless". It's a small pot of goodness from this apiary, and has immaculate provenance. As a natural product it may vary, so I'm buying two more jars to be getting along with.
Fragrant
This is lovely honey. The second jar I had (from York and the "Heather Moors" - North York Moors? )was quite different from the first (from a Hampshire apiary) - more floral. It's such a treat to eat UK food that has a unique local character, sadly rare these days.
Lovely honey not too sweet
Really good flavour would recommend
Delicious
I have bought lots of this honey. So far, each one has been from a different bee hive which is lovely. They are so good and I love that you have details of what the bee's have been foraging on printed in the lid.
Amazing
I am so picky about honey. Both for flavour and provenance. This is amazing. It tastes very traditional and straight from the hive.
