Preparation and Usage
Place cake on a flat surface. Slice using a sharp, long-bladed knife in a vertical direction. Repeat across cake. Turn cake 90 degrees, slice again in a vertical direction to create wedge shaped portions. Clean knife blade between slices.

A man can have multiple birthdays a year, right?
Great cake, sweet but not too sweet. My only criticism is there is no chocolate drizzled like in the picture, but that is actually a good thing as I feel it would be too much
Great cake but sort packing out!
Great birthday cake, but as per other reviews it arrived in a normal bag squashed on its side which is disappointing for a birthday cake, not sure why it doesn't come in a paper cake bag like other cakes????

Bought as a birthday cake. Was packed very carefully in a bag!! but on its side so squashed out of shape and looked a mess.

I only had one mouthful, too butteryand sweet for me. bought for my 10 year old daughter who didn't like it either.
Really not our cup of tea
Recently bought this in store for our son's birthday as it looked fab and sounded promising. But we were severely disappointed with the odd, grainy cookie-dough (which I am aware contains raw sugar - but this was another level) and the super sweet buttercream. Everybody scraped the buttercream off, even the sweet toothed kids, and nobody finished a slice. However, I would say, if you like sweet homemade buttercream in abundance, you may genuinely like this cake.
My favourite shop bought cake
Absolutely delicious! Have purchased this cake many times through Ocado and instore - a firm favourite with our family! If you don't like buttercream, then maybe don't buy as it has it in abundance, but for us it's EVERYTHING we want in a cake at a great price
