it's OK for what it is
A pleasant creamy cheese, easy to cut so great for buffets. Front of packaging states it was created in Cornwall, but on the back of packaging there is no manufacturer address only a great dollop of french text and usual nutritional drivel so is this really a product of Cornwall????? I personally don't think so. Not the strongest of mature cheeses but I guess it has its uses.
Wonderful tasty
Full of flavour amazing creamy cheese not the best to grate as it is not that hard. Best to buy ready grated. I will not buy any other cheese
King of cheddars
We love this in our house: tasty without being overpowering or pungent. It works well melted etc and otherwise has a nice slightly crumbly, as opposed to waxy, texture.
Bland
Pleasant enough but struggles to be mature. Will try the extra mature if there is one but fear the salt may become overpowering as it almost breaks through in this cheese.
Great Cheese
Love this cheese with a bit of Branston pickle - a great all round cheddar.

This might be the ONE thing that Marks have excelled at, most every Marks item on Ocado is rubbish but this is the one thing that is not. Tasty, cheesy and full of flavour, this cheddar is the best
