the best strong cheese.
Expensive but worth it. This cheese is perfect. If you like cheese to be strong this is it. It does crumble when you slice it but I think all the vintage cheeses do.
Strong taste
Very strong taste which we love, you can certainly taste it when you top your Mexican fajitas
can always tell a proper cheddar
You can always tell a proper cheddar by the iconic way of how it crumbles when you come to cut it This cheddar is amazing and doesn't disappoint I love my cheese and love trying new ones the cruncher is amazing too. But if you want some extra power this one for sure will deliver it However the disappointment is that it never lasts too long. Because its damn nice! Especially on a toasted bagel ior some crackers!
A bit crumbly!
Lovely flavour cheese, just the right amount of bite but very crumbly. We grate some to make it go further in sandwiches etc, this is proving quite difficult and it crumbles so readily.
Excellent Mature Chese
Lovely, crumbly cheese without the sharpness of some mature cheddars. Bought some for Christmas and loved it!
