Awful

Received this as a substitute item for a Triple Chocolate Sundae. It's just brown sludge that tastes slightly metallic, but not a hint of chocolate. Truly vile and should be removed from the shelves.

Pretty Poor

Tastes like those white label mousses you used to be able to get for 80p for 4 pots. Sweet, synthetic, acidic and deflates incredibly quickly. I expected more considering the brand and price.

M\x26S is having a laugh

Don’t bother ordering this as it won’t ever be delivered. I have ordered for 6 successive weeks only to be told each week on the delivery day it’s not available. This week for example I placed order 2 days before delivery and after previous weeks of non delivery I checked online evening before my delivery and item was still be offered as available. Delivery early next day, as in every previous week item is missing. If item was showing unavailable I could select alternative. Into Waitrose next week for similar item and to justify trip no doubt a trolley full instead of Ocado. M&S sort yourself out!

Great taste, poor packaging

These are really really nice and would quite often buy some for myself and partner. However 6 weeks in a row now either a couple or half of the amount of items ordered have come with broken seals. Will no longer buy until this changes as gotten fed up of throwing them in the bin and requesting refunds.

This mousse is very nice as a light dessert. Both my mother and I enjoy eating them regularly.
