Cook on high (100%). After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Place on baking tray.

Great low cal dish
Bought two meals and both had at least four slices of tender and very tasty pork. Good mix of veg too. Only comment is that it needs more gravy and there was some string chewy bits of cabbage. However we both really enjoyed this produce and will buy again.

Nice tasty meal,but I always cook as stated in micro,then in oven,no hard veg.Perfect everytime.

have you changed manufacturers. Used to be lovely but this time very disappointing. vegetables were hard. pork . thin slices gravy non existent. Just very blandp
