This product can be served hot or cold.; Hob - From Ambient. 3-4 mins
Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
Do not boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W 3 min
900W 1 min, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%). Empty the contents into a microwaveable bowl and cover loosely.
Stir halfway through cooking. Guide for one can only.

Dreadful
Do M&S food technologists not taste products? If they did properly they would not let this custard on the market. A horrible synthetic taste.
Surprisingly Good!
Due to negative reviews I expected this to be horrific but it was very good. It tastes of vanilla and is less thick thank its rival, but I prefer it and there's more money in my pocket! Great on apple pie and the family enjoyed it too.
Horrible
For £1.25 I was expecting something much better than this. It tasted really artificial to me and was a thin consistency. Far too expensive for the quality - definitely wont be buying again.
cant understand negative reviews
I thought this was delicious, and also liked that there were no strange ingredients just corn starch to thicken! Well buy again- good price, good product!
Ignore the negative comments
We had this custard over the Christmas period with Cartmel sticky toffee pudding. It was lovely and was just as nice as Ambrosia or Waitrose tinned custard.
