An oak-aged red wine with notes of cherry and chocolate. This medium-bodied wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvginon and Merlot. Pairs well with spaghetti Bolognese. Suitable for vegans. Will keep for a year.

Really nice drinkable red

Ive been having a love hate red wine relationship recently. The nice tasting ones either tannin central or 14.5% and you feel a bit like youve collided with a bus the next morning. Bought my in-laws a bottle of this as a gift when we came to stay and it lasted about 30 seconds because we devoured it! Smooth, not too high % alc content as well as being fruity and well bodied. Im not a wine expert but I have been searching for a good all rounder and this really hit the spot.

Lovely smooth red wine, easy drinker, no acidity

The wine went down will with guests, with meat & veg. I didn't taste any acidity, and overall was a smooth red with medium flavour & body.
