Lovely pasta dish
I am not sure how people are giving such low scores for this pasta dish both of us enjoyed this - nice meaty flavour with plenty of meat. I would order this again.
Dry \x26 needs TLC. Disappointing.
Good but chewy pasta, but that's wholewheat. The beef mince has flavour but is very dry, certainly not much different from the standard spag bol offering when I was hoping for better. Not much evidence of a coating consistency to the pasta in terms of sauce (which is what a ragu is supposed to do) so I added a couple of chopped ripe tomatoes to make the dish palatable and at least resemble a ragu (sort of, when desperate). No joy here. Much like the half dozen rocket leaf garnish, the whole dish is ultimately pointless.
