Mild and soft
Lovely mild and soft goat's cheese. I ate it on bread, as opposed to crackers. Will buy again.

Creamy, not too strong
This was the most popular option on the Christmas cheese board. It's not overpowering like some goats cheese, lighter and creamier.

So creamy!
Deliciously creamy, amazing on some crackers

A lot o crust
Quite a lot of crust due to size - nice enough texture, but it had that slight goaty-coat tang which I tend to dislike. Not awul, but will return to my usual log shaped cheese in future.

Too liquid
Straight out of fridge tried to cut and it was basically liquid inside, made almost impossible to cut for use on crackers
