How to make the perfect infusion:
Use freshly drawn water, as reboiled water dulls flavour and colour.
Bring the water to 85°C, then add to the tea straight away.
Brew for 1-3 mins before removing teabag. Best served without milk.

Flavourful but not too strong
I usually have the Twinings green tea with lemon, wanted to try M&S for a change, and I'm very happy with my decision. Flavourful but too strong, the perfect balance for green tea.

disappointing
I used to buy M&S green tea with lemon in a pale green box so was happy to see the product listed on Ocado albeit in different packaging. Sadly it isnt just the box thats changed as the tea was weak and fairly tasteless. This green tea isnt bitter like some other brands and is quite smooth which is good but the lack of flavour, particularly lemon, was disappointing.
