no taste of ginger
With only 8% ginger there is no flavour of ginger at all Just an ordinary marmalade pleasant enough but

There is definitely a taste of ginger in this and its great. The marmalade is on the sweeter side but has a warm ginger taste through it, like the ginger jam. Its not a hot ginger kick. I thought this was a lovely change to the usual and will but again.
Nice marmalade, can't taste any ginger
Sadly can't discern any lumps of stem ginger to differentiate from taste of orange. ok as a plain marmalade ...
