Instructions
Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 10 mins
Preheat oven. Do not reheat.
Preparation Instructions
Take the pastry out of the freezer and allow to defrost in the fridge. Carefully remove the filo pastry from the packaging and unroll onto a flat surface, cover with a damp cloth or kitchen paper so it doesn't dry out.
Brush the base of your baking tray with oil or melted butter. Each filo pastry sheet should be brushed with oil or melted butter before adding the next. Brush the top filo pastry sheet with a little more oil. Place your baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°c, bake for 10 mins or until golden brown and cooked through. Baking times will vary according to recipe.
Not suitable for microwaving.

Spinach & Feta Stuffed Pastry Triangles
Makes 9
Filo pastry
250g Spinach
2tbsp Ricotta & 100g feta
25ml Double cream
40g Unsalted butter
Freshly grated nutmeg
Salt & pepper lemon
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6 and Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Melt 10g of butter in a pan, add spinach, cook for 3-4 minutes to wilt. Take wilted spinach and push in a sieve to drain.
3. Cool and chop the spinach, mix in the ricotta, crumbled feta, double cream, 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg, salt & pepper, and the juice from half a lemon.
4. Take one sheet of filo, cut lengtways into 3 strips.
5. Melt the rest of the butter and brush each strip.
6. Place a heaped tablespoon of the spinach mix to the bottom right-hand corner of the pastry strip and flatten. Take the bottom right-hand corner and fold upwards to the left, to join the left side of the filo sheet to form your triangle.
7. Brush the triangle with butter, fold the left-hand bottom corner upwards to the right, until it meets the right side, brush again with the butter.
8. Repeat until the triangle end of pastry sheet. Brush with butter and place on the baking tray.
9. Cook for 16 minutes, turning half-way through.

uh, no?
Im not using jus roll- hate it. I defrosted in the fridge and anointed with butter. Not very appetising. I think Im going to make it from scratch (uh oh) just to get the pre lockdown taste back. Very disappointed.
