squashed by heavy bottles
Not great. And to top it off they was flattened by the waters bottles that were put in the same bag. So had squashed cakes.

a staple in my food shop, love that they have real butter cream on top!
Battery eggs \- some like them, some don\x27t
It seems people do not like to be reminded that equivalent to battery farming is you standing up in a packed lift. Forever. Perhaps food manufacturers can make the same choices that the majority of caring human beings now make at the egg end of things.
delicious and better then mr k but at 2x the price
So I wouldnt buy them unless on offer (like I did, 25% off 3 items) but I definitely enjoyed these as they are better then mr k. The filling seems to be more flavourful, the sponge cake is more light/fully (not as dry) and the icing isnt was surgery (IMO) compared to mr k but at 2x the price, I dont think they are worth the asking price.
Another ripoff from M\x26S
These are exactly the same as "Mr K" only more expensive! So for that I give it just 1 star.
No flavour just sugary taste
These are not nice, I hoped they would be the same as the big name brand ones but not at all. The icing was brittle in places and in others it stuck to the paper so getting a fully formed cake out of the paper was near on impossible. I'd never thought of these cakes as particularly messy until trying the MnS ones. Then there's the flavour, or lack there of... They have no taste just sickly sugary I don't think I could tell which colour I was eating if I wasn't looking. These are not like the name brand, totally missing that subtle hint of lemon, chocolate or -my personal favourite- pink whatever that is meant to taste like... strawberry? I hate wasting food but I have half a box left and I really think they are going to end up in the bin as no one will eat them.
