Preparation and Usage

Serving
Run a sharp knife around the edge of the foil slice the pie in half and remove a portion using a fish slice.

Serve with: peas & crusty bread
Pair with: a lightly oaked M&S Chardonnay

Instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45-50 mins
Needs Cooking
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
Place directly on oven shelf.
Do not reheat.

packed on its side so a complete mess. wouldn't pay £11 for it. ridiculous price

best ready- made fish pie

Definitely the best on offer. Lots of fish and really tasty. Not too sloppy! It varies a bit - I think they all do- but this is a treat for us ( at this price! )

delicious fish pie

Delicious, family favourite. When on offer we always get this. Good amount of mash topping and very good amount of fish compared to many others. Good balanced flavour and just the right creaminess.

The pie is lovely but the large pack is certainly not enough for two adults were as the single pack is very generous better buying two singles when buying for adults

M&S being off and fishy again

Big fan of fish pie particularly M&S Gourmet Pub. Unfortunately M&S try to cut back on quality every so often, like now - March 2024. It has now gone back to wallpaper type potato/sauce, translucent gunk under thin potato topping and over fish replacing what could be a good sauce. Again I will take this off my shopping list which means I wont shop at M&S 1-2 times a week where I pick up other items that I can source elsewhere. Should add that this weeks offering, purchased 26 March, smelt fishy on 27th despite 28th being on pack.
