Try this as a carb alternative with roasted slamon or harissa spiced lamb.
Instructions
For best results microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins 30 secs
900W 2 mins
Cook on high (100%). Tear pouch part way at the top and place upright on a microwaveable plate. After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Stir well before serving. Serve immediately.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a non-stick pan. Remove product from packaging. Add contents to the pan. Cook over a medium heat for 3 mins, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.

Convenient but too salty
I took the advice of reviewers who said to fry rather than microwave and the texture was good as a result. But there's too much salt in the dressing so I'm unlikely to buy this again which is a pity as it's convenient and goes well with salmon.
Very tasty and virtuous

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes there is an issue!
This is really delicious, healthy and I love that you can eat it straight from the packet. Healthy food for when you’re feeling lazy… However as many people have mentioned, sometimes it’s far too salty to the point where it’s inedible!! Quality control issue. Hopefully that can be resolved as it’s a shame because otherwise it’s delish!
Easy, healthy and filling
Really pleased to discover this. I chucked it in the pan with some salmon fillets and it made a delicious and easy meal - I was expecting to add pesto for flavour but it didn't need it. Quick and healthy, will definitely be ordering again.
