Recipe Suggestion
Coriander chicken and cheese wraps (serves 2)

Ingredients
2 Soft flour tortilla wraps
30ml (2 tbsp) half fat crème fraîche
Mixed lettuce leaves
Small bunch of fresh coriander, chopped 5ml (1 tsp) olive oil 100g cooked chicken, sliced
5g (1 tsp) finely grated lemon zest ½ small red or green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
70g M&S grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves to serve

Spread the soft flour tortilla wraps with half fat crème fraîche. Scatter the wraps with a handful of lettuce leaves and chopped coriander and place to one side. Heat the olive oil in a small pan. Add the chicken to the pan and cook over a high heat for 2 minutes to brown. Add the lemon zest and chilli, cook for a further minute then divide between the wraps. Sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella over the wraps and season with salt and black pepper. Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half. Serve with the cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
