Not gruyère. .
Nice enough cheese but didn't taste anything like Gruyere sadly and it was very very salty..won't buy again..

favourite cheese
Whole family loves this cheese. Makes cheddar taste bland and boring! Hard, nutty, flavoursome. We have it on bread, crackers, in salad, on pasta instead of Parmesan, or just on its own. A little goes a long way. Fabulous.
