the best carrot cake recipe i have tasted for a while and the cream cheese was great as not too sweet

I was so disappointed when I fished them out of my bag upside down and probably wouldnt have presented them to a guest in the state they were in! Win/win - I ate them both, they were delicious. Please squish the next lot I order! Gutted they are out of stock this week - sad face

Really lovely moist carrot cake with just enough light buttercream frosting. I loathe walnuts so this hits the right spot. Wish it was a four pack
melted and mashed up
these arrived with the swirl part melted and also squashed up into the container. they were not presentable. I ate them myself though and the actual cake part was lovely. quite light with lots of soft sultanas. the top of the cakes were a bit stodgy and I think this is from the topping melting into it. it was not even a hot day to excuse the melting topping so I probably will not order them again.
