Doesnt taste like Parmesan or equivalent

I know this isnt branded as Parmesan but it doesnt taste like it at all. Its not crumbly and has a different taste. Its not for me as its quite synthetic tasting but I think some people might like it.

the finest vegetarian "parmesan" cheese in UK

knowing M&S they went and used the same white cows used for parmesan, lovely mixed with cruton breadcrumbs as a top layer for oven baked goods lasagne & Mac&cheese or cauliflower/cheese, like parmesan it makes salads and sauces such as for pasta dishes, versatile little flavour granade. if I can be forensic this cheese should be aged 2 or 3 years minimum to be called the vegetarian "parmesan" or vegetarian"grana padano"cheese, I repeat age it 2 or better 3 years alike they do with parmesan and you have achieved vegetarian cooking perfection i promise, even the crust, scrape it clean and add it to soups or stews flavour bomb. finally the size of the product is 20% of my kitchen's requirements, I will use in Eccess of 1kg of this product between Christmas and new years eve cooking routines, I would much rather buy a one or two kilogrammes chunk, even better you could make us a good price for the 50kg wheel like i used to buy both grana padano e parmesan 50kg wheels before I became vegetarian, and now I shout from the rooftops again at you dear M&S people you must age this cheese 3 full years to perform the miracle I need, I would order it by the 100s of kilos off you for life happily paying a couple of bobs more but for a 3years aged cheese i swear by it
