Good for salads, better than branded
Me and Italian partner both really like this in salads. Not as good as buffalo mozzarella but for the price it's great. FYI this type of mozzarella is not the correct one to use for pizza, you need a low moisture one instead
Shrinking product
I have noticed the actual mozzarella ball getting smaller and smaller, week on week. This week the drained weight was 193g rather than the stated 250g. I like the cheese but won't be buying it because a fifth of the product is missing.
Not good
I don't know what this is? If we are just putting chunks in a pasta bake we normally go for the Galbani. That was out of stock so thought I'd try this. Very disappointed. Had a really weird texture. Would not but again.
Tasty- order when on offer
This is on par with the well known brands, however, I only buy it when on offer. It seems a bit expensive compared to the smaller pack version

Tried this as cheaper and thought I could save some money. Not worth it. Not great for pizzas even when drained it literally melted into liquid and my pizza came out dripping. Probably ok to eat in a salad but wont purchase again
