Soggy texture
This had a soggy texture and would not cut without breaking into small bits. Not much taste. Disappointed as it looked very good.

Prosciutto Cotto
This is one of the best Ham I have eaten today in the UK. Very good quality, very tasty and low salt! I could eat it the hole day long!!
