Barbecue - From Chilled. This is guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, temperatures and weather conditions.
Wrap tin foil over skewer ends.
Place on a lightly oiled preheated high heat gas barbecue.
Turn frequently. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 6 mins
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Wrap ends of the skewers in foil to prevent charring. Place skewers on a wire rack over a grill pan.
Turn halfway through cooking.
Allow to stand for 1 min.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Safety Warning:
This product is raw and must be cooked. Take care when handling, skewers can be sharp. Wooden skewers will be hot after cooking. May contain small pieces of shell.
