Great fridge staple

We use this all the time as a cream or sour cream substitute, and in its own right. Great on fruit and on chilli, and useful for making lower fat creamy pasta sauce. Yes it does need a stir once opened, but thats no great hardship, youre sticking a spoon in it anyway, so I dont find the lack of lid quite as traumatic as some. It lasts a long time unopened, but you do need to keep an eye on it once its been opened, and ends up in mash occasionally if it needs using up. We find it creamy tasting and not sour, or sharp. My wife prefers it to cream on many desserts.

I always keep one in the fridge for scratch meals with leftovers/pasta sauces etc

Nice flavour hot or cold

Nice flavour, good to use in cooking off the heat. Only grip is it could do with a lid but no complaints otherwise.
