Overriding flavour is Cashew
... as is the main ingredient. If truffle flavour is what you're after, just drizzle some truffle oil over pasta with grated Parmesan.

Not sure what what is going on but everything that has truffle in it, is absolutely amazing. Cant get enough of it
best pesto ever
Glad I didnt take notice of bad reviews. This pesto is delicious. Its hard not to eat the entire jar with a spoon. Great for sauces and pasta or on bread with cheese. Whole family is hooked, its part of my essentials list every week without fail.

Have added this to Macaroni cheese and cauliflower cheese and it was a great flavour addition. Jar is small (note the weight) but worth it
Very strong!
All I could taste is raw garlic, which is strange, as upon looking at the ingredients there's no garlic in it! This is the first time I've tried anything containing truffles. Not what I expected atall. Maybe I put too much in it, but either way, it's not to my taste I'm afraid.
