try it and see
Nothing wrong with this spaghetti , didnt even know it was made without ..! it was what I had left in the cupboard ,so used it . I was pleasantly surprised when Cooked just how nice it was , sure the water goes milky, I didnt even time it properly just 11 mins (just guessed mins ) , it all separated fine and was lovely with a bolognaise I had prepared, its very fine thin long strands of spaghetti , just lovely ,I would recommend .
Didnt enjoy it
Not an Italian but I know how to cook pasta The water went very wallpaper paste like and the pasta just didnt have a particularly nice flavour even with sauce, took a long time to cook too which is odd as I find gf pasta usually cooks quicker Theres other gluten free pasta out there which I would recommend far more, sadly Ill be avoiding this one 2 stars because I feel bad for it, its still in my cupboard if Im desperate
Great Al dente
Really confused how the reviews are so bad for this? This is the only gluten free pasta that Ive found that you can do Al dente. I really cant tell the difference between this and normal gluten free pasta. I highly recommend this!

Was really nice and then changed? Very difficult to cook without it sticking together
Excellent. Like another reviewer said: you have to
know how to cook it. Turns out perfectly when we cook it and honestly, cant tell the difference between this and wheat pasta. Some tips if you got sloppy mess:- Start with very hot water (most people do but, worth a mention anyway) Simmer, dont boil (turn heat up initially to get it going but, turn it down once boiling bubbles appear) Stir gently with a fork to separate the spaghetti in the early stages to keep the pasta from clumping Dont over cook - its very easily done. It should be a little firm/borderline al dente before draining.
Gluten Free Pasta
This was so odd in the pan , the water was like glue.. after rinsing with water it wasn't too bad but it is not as good as other gf pasta. I won't order it again to be honest.
