If you like your socks tissue thin, these are for you. The good points are that they're a nice fit (I buy a size smaller than I am) and shaped well enough. I dislike that they're so thin- a couple of years ago M&S sold near identical socks, but from a much thicker fabric, with neater seams. All the cotton M&S socks have substantially dropped in quality in the last two or three years, and the number of sizes available has also decreased. Disappointing cost cutting, it appears, I bought their socks my entire adult life, but now I have no option but to buy from a different brand. The construction quality on this particular pack was poor- dodgy stitching on one of the socks has left a row of bumps directly under the toes, and the seams aren't well finished. If you didn't know better you'd think these were a £1.50 pack from the market.
