Coronation Chicken - Serves 4
You Will Need
100ml mayonnaise, 100ml crème fraîche
6 tsp mild roasted curry powder
2 heaped tbsp mango chutney
400g cooked, shredded chicken breast
Method
1. Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, curry powder & mango chutney together, crushing any large mango chunks.
2. Add the cooked chicken & mix well.
3. Season to taste with salt.

Absolutely love this curry mix, you can taste the different flavours in it rather than just a flat curry taste. 10/10.
The absolute best
Bought it in M&S but will be buying it from here as well. It is the absolute top you can get. Mild though, but I needed it mild as not everyone in my family can eat spicy, so I just chopped some chillies in the side. The smell is so superior to ANY and every other powder I ever used.

This curry powder makes a nice twist to some curries that I make. It has a lovely smoky flavour, and besides adding to curries, I like to sprinkle on vegetables that I roast in the oven. as well as in kebabs and koftas. Highly recommend!
