Yum!
I love blue cheese and this one has become a firm favourite. It doesn't have an unpleasant overpowering smell or taste that some strong blue cheeses have. Will definitely buy this one again.

Virtually indistinguishable from creamy blue
Though I like to think it has some sophistication to justify the higher price compared to castello.
