Preparation and Usage
There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Medium 10-12 mins Well done 12-15 mins Oil and season product and place under a preheated Medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium 6-8 mins Well done 8-11 mins Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a High heat and season product. Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to Medium and turn occasionally until cooked.

These were tasty and tender, pan fried and rested for a few minutes in a warm oven. Though one was a fair bit smaller we just cut a bit off the larger one to balance them, otherwise perfect.
These arrived today and there is not enough for 2 people. What we got was 2 small pieces of lamb. The photo is very misleading. Off to Waitrose now for replacements!!
