Excellent

Fresh, crisp and very firm - minimal wastage and not a hint of slime/slippiness. Best onions I've bought in years.

Black mold on last batch

Not sure if this is a normal thing here, but there was black stuff on the onions and when I looked it up it was mold. Internet said I could use what didn't have mold on it, but also warned against inhaling it. I was able to use about half my onions. But they are generally good onions, and very tasty.

Expensive but worth it

I made pure onion soup yesterday with these. Two organic chicken stock cubes and 6 peeled onions - then whizz them up to a creamy soup. Absolutely delishious! Took about 15 minutes to make. There was no waste with these - sometimes a budget bag has one rotten onion thrown in for weight and slightly sprouting. These are perfect and sweet.
