Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. Oil and season surface of meat and sear in a hot frying pan.
Place in a roasting tray and into a preheated oven.
Remove and rest for 10 mins before carving into individual cutlets to serve.
Do not reheat.

Ouch!
Yes ouch! It says "typically £12" - well ours was £20!. We thought we'd try this lamb rack as it was organic. However we don't mind a little fat for extra taste but this was excessive we feel. it had too much.
more fat than meat
Though the taste was very good there was a huge amount of fat left on the rack , so if you took all that & the bones off, the amount of edible meat was vastly reduced. Obviously not trimmed so you're paying for the fat.
Disappointing
This was a treat bought on flash sale but, it was so fatty and created a lot of smoke every time I opened the oven and even set the smoke alarm off!!! I had to drain the dish twice. The meat wasn't very tasty as and was gristly. We love lamb and a bargain but, this wasn't worth the cost or time cleaning the oven and airing the kitchen. We'll stick to Silere lamb in future.
Very nice.
Bought this on flash sale. Overall it was very nice. Four stars instead of five for a few reasons. The rack had not been trimmed very well and had an excessive amount of fat which I trimmed off myself. I then cut the rack in half to make a guard of honour. One half was tender and delicious, the other half was fatty and a bit chewy which was unusual. However, in saying that the lamb did have a lovely taste. I would buy again on sale but not sure I would pay full price.
