Special
It adds flavor to any savory dish, even an ordinary sandwich tastes special thanks to this onion. I have the impression that M&S has fewer and fewer unique products lately, so I hope they don't change the composition.
Some jars are hotter than others
My last jar clearly had more chilli in it than the last one I got, it was actually very hot whilst the other one really wasnt. I liked both to be honest. I add them to wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches and also eat them straight from the jar. Delicious.
Perfect
Added to a nachos mix and went perfectly,adding a nice bit of sweetness to the overall dish, not over powering and nicely sliced sizes.
Recommend!
Great value, jazzes up salads and sarnies. There is NO heat to them, I think other reviewers have bitten into the peppercorns that the onions are pickled with. Just fish them out!
Delicious and great value
Great value product and absolutely delicious. I do find the coriander seeds a slight bum note but I know its traditional. I also found it maybe slightly overly sweet for my tastes so one star docked.
