good but could be better

Its nice to have this option but I think it should be more smooth like the non vegan versions. This has lumpy onion bits or something. Could be creamier

Enjoyable

Partner thinks this is nearly as good as the regular mascarpone sauce we used to buy before avoiding dairy.

This sauce is so good for a quick creamy tomato sauce! it Doesn't taste weirdly of coconut or anything. I add some fresh cherry tomatoes whilst it's cooking and personally I added a bit of salt
