not enough jam
Nice cakes but for me Id like a bit more jam
Disappointed
OK, but nothing very special for me. There are others that I much prefer.
so yummy
What wonderful little cakes. Theyre tasty & the pastry melts in your mouth - well worth a try!
Lovely with a cuppa!
These are just wonderful little cakes / tarts / bakes. Tasty, sweet, and moist. I don't get them often as they're a little pricey for what they are, but, you pay for what you get I suppose. Always a mid-morning treat if I have them... kettle on, brew up, and relax with a "bake" :)
Bloody awful Now since Recipe Change
I don't know why companies do this? Change a recipe that is already amazing without giving a hoot about what the customer thinks, all in the time of profiteering. These little Jam bakes used to be amazing when it used to be without the foil casing. Now it is so thin and crumbly and you cannot get it out of the casing because the tart is so thin. Also far worse for the enviroment to introduce foil into it. Ofcause the price has increased with the customer now getting a inferior product
Recipe changed 3 times Not for the better.
This used to be our go-to treat. Not anymore. Now its too light, overly sweet and crumbly. Previous incarnations were amazing.
