To release pudding run a sharp knife around inside of pot and turn out.

Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and film.
For one pudding:
750W 50 secs
900W 40 secs
For two puddings:
750W 1 min, 30 secs
900W 1 min, 10 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
Place on a preheated baking tray.

Nice, just a bit too sweet
These are the perfect size for a treat....had mine topped with creamy custard. The sponge is delicious...nice and light. The jam is lovely but a tad too sweet for my liking.

Yes these are very sweet but I guess thats the point. Nice as occasional treat with custard or ice cream

TOO SWEET
Like so many have said, these are extremely sweet and, so unlike me, I threw most in the bin. I think it was the jam that was ultra sweet. Not sure because it overwhelmed the flavour of the sponge. yuk
