Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in frying pan. Place the prawns in the pan and fry over a high heat for 3 mins, turning frequently. Add the garlic and parsley melt to the pan and stir through the prawns. Cook for further 2 mins.
Do not reheat.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
