I buy these weekly. Just let them ripen on the counter. Once they reach your disered ripening level, place them in the fridge. They last for a week without any brown spots.

Fantastic!

As with all "ripen at home" avocados, these took what felt like forever to ripen - but once they did, they were absolutely delicious. No brown bits, just delicious green flesh. Perfect size too. No leftover halves of avocados left to turn brown in the fridge! Will definitely be buying these regularly
